Ways to Give
God’s Word shows us both the responsibilities and the blessings of giving. The act of giving is our acknowledgement that all that we have is a gift to us, entrusted for our stewardship and intended for good. We are taught that our giving should be in proportion to what we have received through God’s goodness, and that it should come from a cheerful heart.
Our giving is an act of worship, a reflection of God’s kindness and provision. The proper use of those gifts is the solemn responsibility of those God places in the roles of leadership in His church. At Chinese Gospel Church, that responsibility is carried out by our Finance Committee – Yi Huang, Qiang Niu, and Yuling Chen.

The PayPal Giving Fund (PPGF) enables you to make your offering with a credit card. There are no fees to either you or to CGC for using a credit card to fund your offering – 100% of your offering will go to CGC. In order to give through this method, you must follow the following process:
You must have, or sign up for, a personal PayPal account to make an offering to PPGF for CGC’s benefit.
PPGF does NOT allow you to designate your offering because there is no “memo line” feature, so all PPGF offerings to CGC will default to our General Fund.
If you would like to make an offering to the CGC Building Fund; Mission Fund; Youth Ministry, or Loving Fund, please give via check using any of the methods specified below.
Your receipt for tax deduction purposes will come immediately via email from PPGF and not from Chinese Gospel Church. Be aware that the effective tax date of your offering is when you make the offering to PPGF and that CGC may not actually receive your offering for up to 6 weeks.
